Palash 2i

This building came up in a fast and responsive (to-the-current-state-of-the-economy) way. This was sometime in the midst of "The Green Umbrella Offer"- a simple concept of an EMI holiday to apartment owners till possession.

The offer was an overnight success- what with people from all over the world - America, Africa, and Middle-East; inundating us with phone calls and flooding our mailbox with e-mails (we also had an enquiry from a country called "Suriname" somewhere above Brazil!)

As the days went by, these enquiries turned into solid bookings and we reached the point where we had to turn people away for we had sold all that was on offer!

Interacting with a few thousand people every day, we came to realize that there were many people - enterprising young executives, newlyweds, go-getters fresh out of college - who wanted a taste of the lifestyle that Palash 2.0 represented but wanted something smaller.

So we sat down and put on our thinking caps to see if we could answer that need in any of our upcoming projects and the idea of "Palash 2i" was born.

Palash 2i is a 12-storey high residential complex. The tower consists of twenty-four 2-BHK apartments and twenty-four 3-BHK apartments. It has been designed keeping in mind the concept of individual smart homes - where spaces shape themselves for future inhabitants.
